Did you know I’ve spent over a decade mentoring teens and young adults and creating resources designed to help them thrive?

And yet, when it comes to coaching, I lay all my experience down and choose to listen to you because I believe the most powerful answers are often found within you…

Get Coached!

WHO IS COACHING FOR?

For the person who…

  • Simply feels “something needs to change.”
  • Has big goals but keeps getting stuck.
  • Feels distracted or unmotivated.
  • Is struggling with confidence or self-belief.
  • Keeps repeating patterns they want to change.
  • Has a decision to make but can’t find clarity.
  • Wants to lead, communicate and show up differently.

WHAT COACHING IS NOT

Not mentoring: I don’t tell you what worked for me and expect it to work for you.

Not advice-giving: I won’t hand you a list of things you should do.

Not counselling or therapy: Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating mental-health conditions.

Not problem-solving for you:  I help you think, explore and discover your own way forward.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to have a big problem to get coaching?

No.You don’t have to be struggling to benefit from coaching. Sometimes you simply know you want more clarity, growth or direction.

Will you tell me what I should do?

How is coaching different from mentoring?

A mentor shares their experience and expertise. A coach helps you access your own thinking, awareness and solutions.

How long is a coaching session?

A typical session is around 30–40 minutes, depending on the coaching arrangement.

What if I don't know what I want?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Sometimes clarity is exactly what we discover together.
