Refund and Returns Policy for Freedom Hangout
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Return Requirements
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting refunds can take time.
- Reach out to your bank for further details.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. For exchanges:

- Send your item to our address, which will be provided via email upon approval.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return’s value. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will refund the original gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns

Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
